IT Project Manager

Your challenges

• Work with our CTO and project teams on exciting projects for our new and established overseas clients, and in a variety of industries.
• Maintain the project delivery of very high quality within time and budget.
• Recognize the needs of the client, the project team and the project itself. Monitor and analyze risks in ongoing projects.
• Observe and continuously improve the processes of the Project Management Department.
• Organize Scrum ceremonies i.e.: Daily, Planning, Demo, Retro statuses.
• Perform work order/procurement quotes with the project team.
• Develop existing web and mobile applications and build new projects from scratch.
• Participate in various initiatives of our Operations Team.
• Proactively scale iRonin.IT and maximize our business value.

Your Profile

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Experience working with remote team and clients from different time zones.
• Technical knowledge and ability to consult freely with clients and developers on project-related issues.
• Knowledge of the software development cycle and interest in new technologies.
• Strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, proactive problem-solving and goal-oriented.
• Knowledge of English at a minimum B2 communicative level.
• Knowledge of tools such as Jira, GitHub, Trello etc.
• Experience in leading projects using Scrum, Kanban and other project methodologies.

iRonin, or IT Samurai, is an IT professional striving to continuously improve their craft and provide IT services at the highest level.
