Your challenges

• Keeping an eye on leave and information flow in projects in this area.
• Engaging in campaigns and planning employer branding strategies together with the Marketing department.
• Conducting 1:1 conversations with developers and team leaders, resolving difficult situations, making personnel decisions in cooperation with the Operations department.
• Conducting internal communications, introducing new and interesting actions to engage and integrate the remote team.
• Organizing team-building trips and meetings.
• Introduce a long-term strategy for the development of the HR department in a scaling software house.

Your Profile

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in developing HR departments, implementing HR strategy in recruitment, development and maintaining employee satisfaction.
• Knowledge of introducing training policies, compensation structure.
• Ability to plan the company’s employee development strategy: promotion and career paths.
• Friendly approach to employees and ability to gain their trust, empathy, willingness to solve problems before they reach a large size.
• Ability to manage crisis situations and business sense.

This concept holds true in every team of our company, which has been on the market since 2010. It’s one of the first organizations to operate 100% remotely since its very foundation.
