We are opening another position in the Operations department at iRonin! We are a software house that implements web and mobile application projects for clients from the USA, Great Britain, Germany, Norway, France and even Barbados on a daily basis :) We use a wide technological stack: Ruby on Rails, Elixir, Go-lang, Haskell , Python, Node.js, Vue.js, React.js, .NET and many more. We only undertake projects that will be a challenge for us and which we will proudly add to our portfolio.

This is a great opportunity to join the still forming team and have a great impact on our further development! Our operational team consists of 10 people. We give a lot of support, we have a relaxed atmosphere (no corpo-procedures bleh), we leave a lot of room for independent action! Our recruitment practices are constantly changing because we discuss how we can improve it, what to change and how to reach candidates. Ultimately, we focus on the famous “candidate experience”, we do not extend the decision, we are direct and we treat everyone individually, that is, as we would like to be treated ourselves! Our development team consists of people who know their job and are also very communicative. We chose a team that gets on well with each other, likes and appreciates internal actions and really respects HR! We would like it to stay this way thanks to the new person :)

Your challenge

  • Managing the technical and non-technical recruitment department and actively conducting processes with the entire HR department.
  • Taking care of holidays and the flow of information in projects in this area.
  • Engaging in campaigns and planning employer branding strategies together with the marketing department.
  • Conducting 1:1 talks with developers and team leaders, solving difficult situations, making personnel decisions in cooperation with the Operations department.
  • Conducting internal communication, introducing new, interesting actions that will engage and integrate a remote team.
  • Organizing trips and integration meetings.
  • Introduction of a long-term development strategy for the HR department in a scaling software house.

Candidate profile

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing HR departments, implementing a strategy in the field of recruitment, development and employee satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of the implementation of the training policy and structure of remuneration.
  • The ability to plan employee development strategies in the company: promotion and career paths.
  • Friendly approach to employees and the ability to gain their trust, empathy, willingness to solve problems before they reach a large size.
  • Crisis management and business sense.

Can I work remotely?

As a 100% remote software house, we enable you to work from home. Our entire organization is built with the remote team in mind - including communication, tools, benefits and much more.

Is it possible to work from an office and / or use a coworking office?

We provide the option of working from an office in the following locations: Rzeszów, Wrocław, Gdańsk and Poznań. In other cities, it is possible for us to co-finance a coworking office for you or to gather more people willing for this option.

Are project changes possible?

Changing the project is possible, it requires consultation with the team leader who will verify the personnel needs in other iRonin.IT projects. We are currently working on several applications - internal and for our clients.

What management methodology do we use in projects?

At iRonin.IT, we implement several projects, so the management methods used depend on the client's needs and the application. In 90% of cases, it is a version of Scrum (standups, retrospectives), kanban and scrumban adjusted to the project conditions. In exceptional cases, we also undertake Waterfall projects, where the works are planned from the beginning to the end of the project.

Can I decide when I start work?

You can adjust your iRonin working hours to your schedule and start working at any time. It is mandatory to participate in the daily standups, which usually take place between 10:00 and 11:30 depending on internal arrangements in the project team.
