Senior Business Development Specialist

We are opening another position in the Business Development department at iRonin! We are a software house that implements web and mobile application projects for clients from the USA, Great Britain, Norway, Germany, Norway, France and even Barbados on a daily basis :) We use a wide technological stack: Ruby on Rails, Elixir, Go-lang, Haskell , Python, Node.js, Vue.js, React.js, .NET and many more. This is a great opportunity to join the still forming team and have a great impact on our further development! Our Operations team consists of 13 people (BD is 3 people) and we want someone to take business development to an even higher level. We give a lot of support, we have a relaxed atmosphere (no corpo-procedures bleh), we give a lot of freedom for independent action! We already have many developed channels for reaching customers. The Business Development department works very closely with marketing and HR, we need a person who will bring a breath of fresh air, give our strategies a new dimension, create new great campaigns and promote iRonin.IT to more and more corners of the world!

The challenge

• You will become a very important part of the growth of iRonin.IT - by co-creating and implementing our brand’s business strategy.
• You will be creating creative campaigns and sales materials with the entire 3-person business development team.
• You will take under your wing various channels of reaching customers, including events or platforms, only your imagination can limit you!
• You will work very closely with the HR department to provide our clients with the best quality IT services in an optimal time!
• You will look for new opportunities to promote our business, follow industry trends and propose new solutions.
• You will take up an independent position as a specialist in a rapidly growing business environment, with maximum support from members of the Operations team.

Your profile

• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, including min. 3 years in the IT industry.
• You have a rich portfolio of successful sales campaigns.
• You have been successful in conquering foreign markets and ensuring the company’s financial liquidity.
• You freely operate on various channels of reaching customers - Linkedin, Clutch, e-mail, events, cooperation with the Marketing Department.
• You have gained practical knowledge in the field of creating unique sales materials and the necessary sales content.
• As a small team, we will count on your independence, taking the initiative and willingness to cooperate with equally motivated members of the Operations team :)
